At Shiuli, it is our constant endeavour to keep our customers happy with their purchases. However, being a niche, handcrafted saree brand that makes every product ,we do not have a money refund policy. We encourage you to take time over your choices before placing the order. Also,our shipments are carefully inspected before being shipped out of our warehouse. If you are, for some reason, not completely happy with your purchase, we would be happy to give you a store credit . This can be used to exchange your product for another one that is equivalent to the amount of your purchase. in case you choose another product of a higher value, then the difference has to be paid for by the customer before shipment of the new product. This store credit would be valid for a year from the date of billing of the product and can be exchanged for another saree. The customer would be allowed to exchange a product only once on the same store credit note.
Terms for Exchange
Shiuli does not accept returns for exchange if:
a) The product has been washed.
b) The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, have been damaged or discarded by the user.
c) The serial number of the product, as applicable, does not match Shiuli's records.
d) There are any scratches, tears or any other damage to the products or any part thereof. Return of purchased products for exchange are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. Upon a customer making a request for return of product on the Shiuli platform, reverse-logistics partners shall get in touch with the user in order to collect the purchased products from the User and delivering it to Shiuli. Shiuli has made reasonable endeavours to ensure delivery and pick-ups across multiple locations in India. In the event where Shiuli is unable to facilitate a pick-up of the purchased product for return from the user, he/she is required to self-ship the product to the Shiuli warehouse.
In case you have received a defective product, please notify us via email at - email@example.com. Product defects must be notified within 24 hours of the date of shipment received. Products must be in original condition, with the price tags attached, clear poly bag intact and with invoice. In case of returns, customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the Returns Form.
Returns Terms & Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, with the price tags attached and clear poly bag intact.
Items should not be used, washed, or altered in any way. Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or usage will not be accepted for return .
Product should be accompanied with the Original/Copy of Invoice and return form duly filled for all returns within 10 days from order delivery date.
Failure to comply with these requirements will cause your Returns request to be rejected.
Once your returned item has been received by our Return Desk, you will be notified by email that the garment has been received and is processed . If the returned product satisfies our quality check, we will allow an exchange process to be initiated. You will be notified once the returned product has completed the quality check.
Select the items that need to be returned and submit a Returns Request. Kindly register a returns request on our "Request a Return" page.
If you have received an item that is damaged or the wrong product has been shipped to you we will arrange for a pickup of the product. No return fee will be charged.
Our Shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. However if you have received a product which is not what you have ordered then Shiuli will exchange the items free of cost . Kindly allow 2-3 weeks for processing. You will be notified at every stage of our Returns Process. Customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the Returns Form and bag.
Refund of money on items purchased with a store credit will not be processed.
You can cancel your order anytime before your order has been shipped, we usually take 2 to 3 days from the date of purchase to dispatch all our orders received.
You will need to contact us and provide your order ID. We will refund your money via NEFT within 8 - 10 working days.
Currently we do not have COD facilities. We shall keep you updated as soon as COD is available.
